      Pros

      Family orineted is probably the only pro.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Do not value their employees whatsoever. Favourtism. No adequate or proper training for new roles. High deductible for health benefits.

      Pros

      Can't think of any pros. This company is dysfunctional and treat employees with no respect unless you are management they you are a god.

      Cons

      They have no processes or procedures in place for any department. You fly by the seat of your pants and cross your fingers. You are treated like dirt unless you hold a title or have been there for years. Titled employees say whatever they want and treat treat you like dirt with no repercussions. NO ONE has your back. NO ONE supports you. NO ONE cares about you. Money is their only motivator. Sad but true.

      There is nothing good I can say about this place.

      Cons

      Their is one supervisor who is unprofessional to where she gossips about her own employees and smiles in their face. She talks bad about the Controller and VP of which that is very inappropriate.
