Some of the kids were great and some of the parents too.

Cons

Some of the staff should be investigated due to the treatment towards the children and also I find it okward how this company hires an a outside subsitute teachers agency. Also I sense some of the staff were racist.

There are no pros to this place if you are not willing to lie to keep your job.

Cons

There is no diversity and inclusion considered when you are hired. None of the leaders take accountability and lie to ensure their mistakes are not caught. Being untruthful and falsifying information was considered normal.

Terrible pay, terrible benefits, horrible employees, zero accountability for poor performance, upper management cares more about having drinks and socializing than running an adequate school
