Cons
First off, this place is owned by Abbott, while somethings was good about Abbott, actually great benefits and other resources. This place called ACH in Livermore, ca does not follow anything about the company that owns them. Its run by a bunch of people that look down on you if you make a mistake or you don't work until you drop. The location is run by a director who doesn't even live in the same state. They expect us to come into the office when we work well at home during covid but now we have to pay so much in gas and other expenses to drive for hours to get there and he doesn't care and is at his cozy house in Orlando Florida. Abbott created a work from home program that they never had before but the main director said it doesn't apply to this Ca. place. He has cut the employees down 50% the past two years and will try to cut it more until he closes the place down in livermore. He has a bad taste about this location because the original owners did him wrong so he takes it out on people that had nothing to do with it. if you apply for a job with the company in Florida its probably going to be a good experience but if its at this place in livermore, run far away. you might not have a job in a few months or you will be worked and criticized and treated with no respect that you will regret it but good luck if you do dont take my words for it.
