      Pros

      Floor level staff great people. Competitive rates of pay. Good work life balance. Floor level staff great people. Got to 20 words? Good.

      Cons

      Senior management - Questionable competence, poor communication, lack ability to inspire, difficult to establish faith in them, unpredictable decision-making, can be vindictive (anecdotally).

      Pros

      Good ideas for employee activities, some good team members, potential for international job opportunities and travel, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Poor management, nasty office politics, childish behaviour from Executives, extremely anxiety inducing work conditions. My time at acendre has served only as a place holder on my resume, I have had no lasting good experiences at this company.

      Worked with some great people there, many of them have left now though

      Cons

      Main reason to join (growing, agile business) turned out to be a lie. Clueless, arrogant, delusional executive management that under invest in key areas, are getting hammered by their competitors and throw underlings under the bus for it. Suck up to them or perish. Core product has some impressive features that could be taken advantage of more in product development. Staff turn over is huge.
