      Pros

      Independent Insurance Agency. Professional Development Reimbursements. Great range of benefits with lots of PTO.

      Cons

      Religion discussed in the workplace by management, religious décor allowed in offices. No pay when quarantined with COVID. Employees are not held accountable for poor decisions. Lots of "office politics" and gossip. Racism in the local rural branches. Minimal training support after initial onboarding.

      Time off - Benefits -nothing else

      Cons

      Management uses verbal abuse to try and control you. You are hired on as salary but by screaming at you they are demanding you work longer shifts as they can’t keep employees due to their aggressive behavior. Team leaders are back stabbers who try to pit the employees against each other. Worst job I have every held.

      Benefits and 401k, great past management before company merge

      Cons

      This workplace is very toxic. There’s lots of gossip. Account Managers are overwhelmed with too many books of business due to limited staff. Every other month employees turn in their two week’s notice due to poor management and lack of training.
