      On site parking, some nice helpful colleagues, company stands out on resume

      Pay, workload, lack of training, internal politics, old school passive aggressive management with no vision or direction, no perks or benefits, high turnover, no work culture, management looks down on work from home so you're in the office 5 days a week, little to no career growth, some staff have no manners.
