It is all about the customer experience and our products are designed for seamless interactions in call center settings. You are right that there were a few changes recently as we moved to a subscription-based model. We are excited about the changes while continuing to evolve and learn. Lastly, thank you for your advice on product development as well as the Sales and Marketing relationship. We continue to evaluate how best to operate.
