      Our job and duties were clearly defined from the start.

      Cons

      - Patient numbers keep increasing while staffing levels remain exactly the same - The workload has become completely unmanageable - Management only responds by pushing staff harder instead of hiring additional help - 12 hour shifts or longer have become common - Long hours are not properly compensated - The situation feels exploitative and unsustainable - Staff are constantly stretched beyond reasonable limits
