I like the focus on independence, rehabilitation, and long-term well-being. Managers pay a lot of attention to the team culture – therapists, caregivers, and support staff all work together towards the same goal. Overall, the work is meaningful because you see how much support families need. The compensation and benefits are fine, too.

I spend most shifts helping patients through exercises, mobility routines, and recovery sessions throughout the clinic. More confidence assisting patients during stressful rehabilitation periods. Better patience handling emotional situations. The environment is also more supportive than my previous jobs.
