Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take concerns from both employees and clients very seriously, and we are deeply sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling demoralized.
Your points regarding sanitation, access to proper glove sizes, and overall health and safety are extremely important. For clarity, our current protocol is to sanitize the center every morning and evening. In addition, when a client has an accident during the day, our team addresses it immediately once it is communicated to management. That said, we recognize there is always room for improvement, and we are reviewing ways to further strengthen these practices.
We are also taking steps to ensure that gloves and other protective equipment are consistently available in the correct sizes for all staff. Regarding breaks, they are offered and provided as part of our daily schedule. We are unsure of the situation in which you may have felt denied a break, but we encourage staff to bring such concerns directly to management so they can be immediately addressed.
Additionally, client safety during moments of aggression is a top priority, and we are evaluating our current safety protocols and training to strengthen protective measures for both staff and clients.
