Worst Company to work for

Pros

Working with families and children with developmental delays.

Cons

The Management is horrible. Upper Management finds a way to do no work and put all the work on the employees. No overtime is ever offered. Upper Management is racist and does nothing but joke and laugh out loud all day. Pressure is put on the employees to make upper management look like they actually do work.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not a more positive experience as compared to other employees. All levels of Achieve Beyond work very hard to support our goals and to help provide quality services to children be it great therapy, great customer service, coordination, etc. Achieve Beyond is proud of our diverse work force that represents the face of our communities and want everyone to feel satisfied with their roles and comfortable with their fellow co-workers.

Pros

None. I actually thought pretty hard on this one.

Cons

- CEO is terrible. She's some rich girl with no idea how the world works and her Daddy gave her this job. Lol pathetic. - Everyone gets fired. Seriously. - No training because they have no idea how a job function should operate. - Annual bonuses are like $400... they try to make excuses for why they wont give you one. After taxes this amount of money is a joke. - They only care about the bottom line... and hey, I get that. It's a for-profit, privately-owned company and they have every right to prioritize revenue over all things. BUT you can be profitable and not be disaster. You're prob losing money over unemployment insurance.

Thank you for your input. We were sorry to read that you did not have the positive experience you wanted while working for Achieve Beyond. We are proud of our CEO. We feel fortunate that over the years she has worked in various departments across our company so has the unique distinction of understanding the nuances of all of our programs that few CEOs have the luxury to know. Each new hire receives a training module that outlines their first two full weeks of training with their manager and department. After the first two weeks, there is continued training that occurs. We found that to ensure all new hires have a clear understanding of our company, their role, their department and unique goals, that this newer structured training is invaluable. Regarding bonuses, we are happy to say that we are in a position to have a set bonus structure in place for employees to be rewarded for their hard work. We appreciate all input and will ensure that each employee has the opportunity to voice their option to better our programs and company as a whole.
