Nice people, great product, feel like you're doing something good with your time and energy

Cons

The company has trouble practising what it preaches, especially when it comes to the offices outside of Toronto. They'll put up with toxic behaviour from team members purely because they've been at the company for 5+ years, or completely neglect engagement survey results/comments that detail glaring issues within teams.

SLT - not up to it, don't understand the subject matter or industry at all, revolving door of people. SLT - hiring all their old buddies from other companies, most haven't lasted long, others seem to think they were bought in to save the world and have made things much worse than better. Silverlake - Has to sit with them, they hired the CEO and CRO and the rest is down to them
