Pros

~ Lunch catered on Fridays ~ Close to street car so easy to get to (but far from subway) ~ flex (kinda) hours

Cons

~ Company has no goals or strategic direction ~ Upper management seems to be more concerned about what they look like and how their hair is combed than the people that are working ~ Weekly all-pathetic meetings do us no good and is a waste of time ~ Any management that has been any good has already left ~ Archaic software practices with the technical leader being incompetent ~ Terrible hiring practices, confidentiality is not commonly practiced in management ~ Stressful environment and always context switching developers

Pros

All Employees are amazing to work with. Though most of them are "Unhappy".

Cons

1. High project risks. 2. Immature project management practices. 3. lack of integrated management systems. 4. concurrent multiple projects lands one to nowhere 5. Managers can get onto nerves. 6. Hard working employees are hardly recognized, instead, employees who hardly work are kept happy by getting good reviews and are applauded.

Pros

its a good place get a foot in the door and learn while you are entry level. Super chill atmosphere, very casual office. most people are a pleasure to work with

Cons

the wages are low and leadership is untrustworthy workstations are outdated. there are very processes and rules, but we manage to break them anyway. It can be pretty chaotic place to work. There are probably 5-6 A-level employees that carry the rest of the company, and none of them are senior leaders.
