I want to go into detail about this because he will manipulate his employees and look for loopholes to avoid having to be held accountable for all the poor decisions he has made. From allowing Ackroo to become a "boy's club" to firing people with no written or verbal warnings because that is just how they operate. When asked about why I was fired, they said they couldn't disclose it. I found out shortly afterwards that it was due to attendance issues. In a pandemic. A week later there was an employee who was diagnosed with COVID and the office had to close down for a week. The vast majority of one department left after a tirade about "gossip" at work only to, well, spread gossip himself.
Not only that, but the CEO has a done a lot of shady stuff in the past with his "yes" men. If you are someone who will inflate his ego then he will love you. If you go in and cry in front of him because you are going through a really hard mental health crisis, he'll fire you two weeks later. This is the kind of retaliation he is known for. I could go into all the other things that took place after I was let go, but I will sum it up: it is abysmal to work there as a female. He only respects the men.
This isn't the Wolf of Wallstreet. You're closer to "Chihuahuas of Cheap" considering the salary you receive for the poor decisions you make versus the salary those who actually do the work to make your product not tank. Also, people know what crocodile tears are. You'll never be sorry for what you did. You'll always just be sorry whenever YOU are impacted. You're selfish, you dangle carrots in front of everyone to try to manipulate them, you retaliate against people who bring up concerns, and you're incredibly dishonest. On top of all that your mood is more erratic than the stock price. How many amazing employees are you willing to risk for your own ego?
