      Pros

      There was a great heyday at the company where there were really bright, dedicated, and focused people focused on sustainable recurring revenue.

      Cons

      The CEO and her partner are really, really difficult people to work with. They find tradeoffs impossible to reckon with and don't operate with integrity. She is highly identified with the company.

      Pros

      Working at a climate tech company surrounded by smart, mission-driven people is genuinely energizing. There's a real sense of purpose that runs through the team, and you feel it from the founders to every corner of the company. The work can be tough, but that’s part of what makes it meaningful and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie that makes tackling big challenges feel like a shared adventure.

      Cons

      While the work can be fast-paced and the problems complex, those challenges push us to think creatively and grow quickly. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that embraces tough problems with optimism and purpose.
