Severely impaired by large amounts of technical debt. Extreme overhead in routine operations inhibits forward progress. Engineering leadership lacks exposure to more modern development/deployment paradigms that could help alleviate the current problems. There is no acknowledgement of the problems with the product nor any focus on improving the situation. New product features are all that the company seems to care about and pushes engineers hard to deliver them, despite it being an uphill battle. No effort is expended on addressing underlying technical liabilities. Management is secretive and treats employees as resources.

Pay is not competitive. Engineers are overworked and company is understaffed. Management is supportive but does not encourage growth. No career advancement paths available.
