First of all, some positive reviews that you will find here are posted by hr to maintain the company rating and to con you. i have given them one star rating as their is no option otherwise they don't even deserve one. see this review before joining this company. The hiring of people is always from 0-2 years experienced because they cannot afford more experienced and high technical professionals and hire people on salary equal to daily wages so that they could treat them like donkeys. Company is barely able to sustain and maintain itself. Management is completely nonsense. They do not know what is happenning and will act like they are the owner of your life. They are a bunch of liars and only wants gossips and rumours for their entertainment.The moment you join this company they will start making your life hell by the useless policies. no leaves till 3 months even if its very urgent, have to stay and work for 10+ hours even if the working hours are 8, u r not allowed to leave the building till office time. This company is nothing less than a jail. even if single minute exceed the break, they will call you and start torturing you in the name of cheap company policies. a single minute late and your salary will start getting deducted. salary deduction even if you forget your punch card and will still act like they are paying you a very good amount and are doing favour on you. skillset is same from the day you join this company till the day u left from there. They just have one or two project. no learning oppurunities. only a complete fresher can learn till 4-5 months. Managers can call u anytime even on weekends and can make u stay even after working hours are over, they will try any means to stop you and work till late night. Managers here are full of dirty politics and cheap tricks. Even if you have worked late till 12, you have to come morning at 9 else u will see a mail and torturous face of hr, your social life is hell. salaries are very very very very low here. rather than becoming their employee its good to do labour work as you will get more salary their. no good appraisals and hike. even a 2 year experienced here are not able to survive themselves.Most people do not join them after clearing the interview due to wages they will agree to pay them, only those having some sort of compromises join them. hiring and firing is very common in this company. whenever they cannot pay a resource, they will start making false accusses and fire them. most worst is their leave policy. u have to take permission from manager as well as hr , lick their boots, only then they will give u permission to take leave , and to stop employees from taking leave, they will start threatning you in the name of salary deduction and act like they are paying a very good amount, a compromised employee who is barely able to sustain himself have no choice but to accept their cheap politics. guys there are a lot more good oppurunities in the corporate world rather than joining them. Think infinite times before joining this trash company.
