My experience with Acmegrade Pvt Ltd has been an absolute disaster. They treat their employees like slaves, disregarding any effort or dedication shown. Despite generating decent revenue for the company, salaries are consistently delayed—never paid before the 10th—leaving employees to struggle financially every month. Their internship program is just as fraudulent as their promises. Everything they claim during recruitment is hollow and designed to trap unsuspecting people. Once you’re in, you’ll realize the reality is entirely different—filled with lies, exploitation, and disappointment. The management is no better than a cigarette vendor who opens shop in the morning, counts money at night, and then goes to sleep without a care in the world. Their behavior, etiquettes, and approach to running a company are just as uncouth as an uneducated roadside vendor whose shops clutter every corner of the city. They lack professionalism, respect, and basic decency. The core members of the company are greedy, self-centered individuals who value nothing but their own profits. Employees are treated as disposable tools, and this toxic environment is already causing their downfall. Long-term, permanent employees are leaving the company en masse, and it’s clear their sinking ship won’t stay afloat for much longer. Don’t trust the fake 5-star reviews you might come across—they’re paid for. The generic, one-sentence reviews are an obvious attempt to salvage their reputation. It’s nothing more than a façade. Karma doesn’t forget, and they will reap what they’ve sown. Mark my words, this company will collapse within six months. If you value your time, dignity, and mental peace, steer clear of Acmegrade Pvt Ltd. They’re not worth your effort.
