      Pros

      Don't have to work too hard, free beer, time to go to the gym, lunch club, lots of social events.

      Cons

      Lots of incidents, security doesn't exist, no iris protection on the platform, poor security. Poor integrity.

      Pros

      The salary is good and in line with the high standards of my profession. The company has enthusiastic employees and has great incentives. They are also involved in a fair amount of charity work. There are many areas that allow me to excel in small ways at my job.

      Cons

      The on-boarding process was non-existent. I struggled to understand my role and I have never had any clarity about this from management. The main issue is a lack of communication across the company. I have experienced name calling, public shaming and bullying by some but then treated as a a valued professional by others. It's a mixed message which makes it difficult to focus on my job.
