      Pros

      The company treats us like adults and pofessionals and trusts us to deliver. The case management system is the best that I have ever used, it is easy to use, flexible and if anything needs updating it is done instantly. Also the company has really worked hard on the onborading process and giving clear instructions to our clients and I am excited to see the developments we have planned later this year.

      Cons

      Doing video calls with clients was a shock.. but makes sense and once you get over the idea, it really helps to get to know your clients

      Pros

      Employees are treated like adults, we have work to do and are left to get on with it. No micromanagement. If you need assistance there are people to ask for help. Working from home or office. The case management system is really good.

      Cons

      Holiday allowance is less than anywhere else I’ve ever seen in any industry. Pay is low-average, not terrible but could be better.

      There are literally none whatsoever

      Cons

      Not sure where to start broken promises , management lie to employees , any benefits that were given gradually taken away one by one , like birthdays off , annual leave days , 4 day weeks management are toxic , have their favourite list goes on.

I have recently taken over as Managing Director and have made significant changes in a short time as we align the company for growth ensuring that we have the correct people, culture and systems in place. Having the right committed people, who work as a professional is critical for our success and as a result of their dedication will be rewarded. I am sorry, however 4 day working weeks, extra time off and gifts aren’t part of our business. Career growth, significate earning potential and success with a healthy work life balance is what we offer. I wish you every success going forward.
