Pros
The team. It's close-knit, very communicative, and everyone here does their best to work their hardest. You couldn't ask for a team more sincerely devoted to their product than the people here.
Cons
Because it is a small company, you don't get a lot of the big company perks. Upgrades to software are slow in coming, and its hard to get funding for the training to support your role.
