Pros

Some of the best collegaues you could ask for in terms of broader team. Those that are left. Encouraged to be scrappy and creative with solutions. Huge amounts of autonomy (benefit for some).

Cons

Continued lay offs seem to happen quarterly in all areas outside sales. From what I hear , everyone from SEs, BDRs, and management are being under paid in the comissions and it's common for the local management to commit to one thing and have the upper management pull it back. Happening globally now Honestly

Pros

Bad culture of fear and micro management.

Cons

Impossible to book prospect meetings because nobody knows what Acoustic does. Tough quota 100's of client interactions weekly, every interaction is recorded and always being watched micro managed. High turnover. Good people join but leave very quickly.

Pros

Scrappy, disorganised company. No surprise we are bottom of market. Reach out to current or past employees to get honest feedback.

Cons

Scrappy, no budget, no travel. CEO has changed, company headed in bad direction. Clients are unhappy, favoring competitors over us. We are not a competitive product. Company benefits non-existent. Commission structure for Account managers is terrible. No opportunity
