      Pros

      Good remote working flexibility. Regular socials. Really talented engineers.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Way below market rate. Chaotic. Little work/life balance. No diversity in the leadership team. Limited empathy for employees, their welfare and workloads. Top down micro-management. High turnover of staff - exits often happen out of the blue when the company is struggling.

      Pretty Silo-ed for a small start up

      Customers were great to talk to and were excellent in giving feedback.

      Cons

      No real company culture. Things moved slowly, and felt departments were working in silos.

      Great team, young and very social! Loved working there with them day to day. Great learning opportunities

      smaller company at the moment, not much room to grow and progress loads of talk about how much revenue we make, not really translating to the pay we received
