Cons
1. No sick pay. 2. Corrupt management, will often hear them talking negatively about people who previously worked there, and often read out emails they had sent when they worked there in an attempt to belittle them. Real issues were raised but were not taking seriously by management. 3. There is a lot of pretending to be your "friend", then speaking behind your back to others. Can not trust this work environment. 4. Cliquey and extreme silos. If you don't fit, best find somewhere else to work. 5. Large majority of people don't know what they are doing, will often go around in circles finding out who is best to answer. 6. High turnover due to lot of reasons above. 7. Have a reputation for how they get rid of people, once moving jobs others spoke negatively about Acritas and particularly the management within. 8. Lack of understanding about true Marketing.
