      Hourly wages higher than minimum wage, fun environment, exercise on the job, intergenerational influence, access to adult classes if coaching more than 10 classes per week

      Parking is challenging, off putting smell, coaching can require a lot of patience, short shifts

      Flexible hours, great atmosphere to work in, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      A LOT of nepotism, not given many opportunities to move up in the organization, no real communication between managers and staff.

      The management is friendly and understanding, frequently taking staff's input, training them, and encouraging them to apply for positions with more responsibility.

      Cons

      New employees are usually needed to work weekends. Pay is on a fixed scale based on the number of years of experience instructing youngsters (not necessarily a bad thing)
