Pros
The idea of the company is a good one, unfortunately everything else about it is not so good.
Cons
The COO is a dishonest man. He has fooled staff into joining the company and managed to trick investors into supporting his sinking ship. People leave once they realise they have been lied to consistently, particularly about when salaries get paid. The rest of the management team is a mixture of poor experience, incompetence, arrogance and deceit.

Pros
* Management is in Singapore, and you will be in India so you enjoy till company can afford office. After that you can enjoy working from home. * Rohit Ambekar (COO), he is too good in telling stories and making excuses for non-payment. Though you will not be liking the salary delay but you would love his stories. He is damn confident in making false promises. * Best part is company is not having any money to pay its employees since last 8-10 months but they are still hiring. * You will learn best lessons of your life like how to keep patience, how to survive without earning, how to strengthen yourself in hard time. and How to keep your cool and still be hopeful that you will get your money one day.
Cons
* Rohit Ambekar (COO) and Jason (Former CEO) are professional frauds * Your salary will be delayed for at least 20-25 days and sometimes by 45-50 days * In all of the management meetings, you keep hearing that we are about to raise funds. * You may hear one day that we don't have money to pay office rent. So please start working from home. * You may continue working for free till you are fired. * At the time you will be hired, your 4-8 months of salary will be pending depending on how soon you take your decision. So you can leave that money as tip to them.
