The management was poorly educated about what the sales reps did on a normal basis.
QUOTAS WERE NOT GIVEN TO SALES on a regular basis. There was an instance where we received our quota after the quarter was over. This is not enticing for a sales rep. We were flying blind.
We were also given many promises on a lot of things but it never panned out.
Many have said that upper management have no idea what sales does especially with the archaic systems that are used but they would request impossible last minute projects.
Commission is also incorrect and we must watch every penny as their system makes many mistakes

Good Products, remote work, smiling faces, ability to provide input, and some teamwork
Cons
If you want job security compared to others, do not apply to this place. The company keeps changing their strategy and will cut good employees. They can care less about people when it’s time to lay off or even help them get another job.

Stable and consistent work. Lots of training opportunity, just not well organized. Training comes from multiple delivery methods that could be simplified or condensed. Lots of communication within the team.
Cons
Company has multiple communication tools for chat and meetings. Some departments aren't as transparent on their work as they could be. Information sharing can always be improved.
