    Was a fun place to work and everyone was happy - then management restructured and laid off talent.

    Cons

    Management Sales-oriented High Turnover Some don't belong working where they are.

    They have all the work out could possibly want & good pay, benefits & schedules. You can choose to work part time or full time.

    Cons

    This is just my PERSONAL exsperience but for me it seemed that alot of the mangers & trainers there at the JC location would preach about the rules but them thereselves would break the rules in front of people. I also didn't like the fact that you can get fired for being late 3 times in a month but the trainer can leave you sitting in class waiting because there late almost daily. They have very low communication skills.

    Great working hours, superb office, tasty tuesdays, scooters, fussball, free tea and coffee, positive environment, realistic bonus structure, open door management policy, sad to leave!

    Pros

    The job is easy and you can get time off at short notice Benefits are decent and bonus is good (well if you hit the silly high targets)

    Cons

    Management are a joke and don’t know what they are doing Products you’re selling are rubbish and over priced. Way better products for cheaper elsewhere Very clicky Treat staff poorly and get rid of the best ones for little reason If your face does not fit or you don’t join the click they make it known Targets are silly Don’t join you’ll regret it The good reviews are fake and we’re don’t buy the management Very small company and no room to progress

    a few of the staff were ok

    Cons

    Management are clueless and have no idea about sales To many process changes No loyalty A click like environment and they like to gossip Product is pro and extremely over priced Unrealistic targets Think they are a big time player, relaying is they are small time So small there is no chance to progress
