Pros

The initial introduction interview with the recruiter and hiring manager was great. The benefits at Actable seem great and rewarding.

Cons

I will start by saying the first time I n my career I was ever completely ignored. After 2 interviews a hiring manager confirmed I would be moving onto a 3rd interview. I was then ignored by both the recruiter and hiring manager. While I understand if I’m no longer a candidate for a position, however if you state I will have another interview that is the expectation. As a professional you should never do such a thing. If a candidate were to not show up to a confirmed interview or stop communication after accepting a job offer that would be unacceptable, however it is equally unacceptable to completely disregard emails from a candidate you informed would continue in your interview process. This speaks volumes for an organizations reputation if this is how leaders and recruiters conduct themselves.

This company really made me hate Ted Lasso

Pros

It was once a great company until new executive leadership came in with only textbook and no real life experience.

Cons

Executive leadership is very young and inexperienced. Several team members with great experience and leadership had a mass exodus because they were not being heard. Roles are given to those particular individuals who come from a particular socioeconomic background. Leadership lacks diversity in several ways. Roles are given on strong nepotism and not on merit.

Pros

I interviewed for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role and had three separate interviews. My interviews were with the Recruiting Manager, Director of People Operations, and Head of Talent. All three humans were great to speak with and very transparent about the company. The benefits are great!

Cons

Ultimately I was not chosen for the role and I respect the decision. I am here to offer constructive feedback on the disposition process, as I am a professional in the same field. When a person spends an extended period with you getting to know your company (a candidate, business prospect, employee etc.), and there are multiple face-to-face conversations the least you can do is send them an email (from you, not an automated email) letting them know that they weren't selected.

Several candidates went through three 30 minutes rounds of interviews. It would be my wish to personally have the ability to address each person personally who interviews with us.
