Pros
Company is in a very technology driven algorithmic derivative trading environment conducive to expansion. Sharp group of people with an established software application.
Cons
Lack of balance sheet prohibits the firms ability to push out new products and keep up the pace with competitors. Creating tools for the traditional buy side hedge funds needs visibility.

Co-workers were extremely nice and helped in a team effort. Very flexible hours Product was better than average
Cons
Upper management and board of directors had no direction. No one really knew what they were doing. I relied on other employees in other offices to find direction
