      Pros

      Lots of autonomy depending on your manager, mostly pleasant work environment, friendly colleagues, lunch often provided for staff, flexible work hours for many

      Cons

      Clique-ish, a few toxic managers, good old boys club feeling, not inclusive of women or minorities, poor pay for the middle and lower level employees, not a lot of room for advancement

      Pros

      There are very few pros to working for this company. They are very poorly managed.....more like mismanaged largely due to advancing individuals to positions for which they are grossly unqualified.

      Cons

      This is a company that has practiced old fashioned cronyism and fixing things with a band aid to come back to later ,,,,,,,,and it shows in the slip shod placement of key personnel who are not qualified for the position they own title to.
