Compassionate and Kind Co Workers. Management occasionally hooks it up with snacks. Nice location. Easy Parking if you Drive.
Cons
Highest Turnover Rate I have ever seen in a company. Upper management is hard and mean on the subordinates. They say "Only the Strong to Survive There", but it's quite the opposite. You have to be Strong Minded and Willing to put up staying there. They need to get up to date with the times of marketing and not be so negative to there team. They need to work with there clients who pay them a lot more closely to get better results for them and to improve their results for them.
