      Pros

      -Welcoming and friendly team -Unlimited vacation and plenty of holidays -WFH 2 days a week and flexible working hours -Weekly company sponsored lunches -Company happy hours -Young company filled with passionate people... it's genuinely fun working here -Great teamwork and collaboration -Your voice is heard and skills are trusted, which is great for young professionals growing their career

      Cons

      -Wishing there was 1 more WFH day -TransitScreen is still growing, so there are a few bumps in company processes (pro to this is that the management team is quick to learn and adapt to feedback)

      A startup with mature employees

      Pros

      Having worked at other startups in the past, TransitScreen has been a welcome change of pace. I am truly treated like an adult who can manage my own time, and it is amazing to come to work every day with other adults who can manage their own time as well. Everyone at the company genuinely believes in its mission and treats others with respect. Everyone is friendly, but constant after-hours socializing is not a requirement to get ahead. Work-life balance is more than possible - you can come and go at hours that fit your schedule as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      As it is a startup, salaries are not as high as they could be. However, we recently started receiving benefits, which is great.
