Pros
- Young and international workforce. Most of the people are genuinely lovely - Location is pretty, feels central but quite far from public transport. - Free fruit, tea, coffee, biscuits - Quarterly bonus - Reasonable hours for some departments, but long for others
Cons
- Nepotism and favouritism. CEO's friends were hired for positions they were unqualified for which caused overall chaos and unprofessionalism. -The CEO is very hands on and wants to have things his way or no way. - They hire a lot of people from IG on massive salaries. A lot of long term employees resigned recently. It really feels like a sinking ship - They watch your every step. There is a camera and a microphone over every desk. You have to clock out to go to the toilet and the time is monitored. When you are 1 minute late, your manager gets an email. - Absolutely no trust in the employees. No flexible working/working from home. - No career advancement opportunities. No salary reviews. - No training. I asked to go to a conference after working hours and they refused paying for my ticket (£15). - Strict dress code... in this day and age - No team building events, drinks, initiatives - No cheap lunch places around (except for Pret in the building)
