The culture is no where near what they tell you it is....in fact it's gotten worse. Fear of losing your job runs high, as people are silently let go often and every single day you wonder if you will be next on the chopping block.
Even though they preach Integrity, whatever you do, DO NOT stand up for what you believe in to be right. You will be treated like a 3rd rate citizen and bullied until you do what they want. I was sworn at, yelled at and bullied until I complied. I used to LOVE my job and felt respected for my knowledge and dedicated team work. Now I'm not even spoken to! Not even the obligatory "good morning" Nothing. They go out of their way to avoid eye contact with me.
If you like being treated like a child and getting the cold shoulder and not spoken to by your manager ....then this is the place for you!
