Pros
The best team culture! The CEO and Founder are husband and wife, but it is most definitely not a Mom and Pop Shop. Professionally run enterprise!
Cons
I witnessed growing pains, as it is was 1 company which expanded to 2 separate companies, while growing exponentially with the addition of new services and clients.

Lack of policies and procedures may leave you feeling lost at times. Pay could have been better.
