There are hardly any pros and after thinking a lot, i could manage to find these. On-time salary and good infrastructure.

Cons

There are more cons than pros. So here you go During their 'season time' you can't take leaves and if you take, double salary will be deducted. Managers and CEO are the most inhumane people I've ever seen. The CEO is only about 'me,' 'my organisation,' & 'my work.' If you fell sick during the season time, you need to show your medical certificate and not prescription. This applies even if you are down with fever. Please understand that no one gives medical certificate if you have fever. A general medicine from a chemist is enough for fever. Even if you are on leave, you may be required to work from home because they have taken some urgent assignment and only you can work on it. Favouritism and politics is deeply ingrained in the organisation. If you are still not convinced, you join the organisation and find out by yourself.

Thanks for bringing it to our notice. We are sorry if you faced a situation as you have mentioned. All we expect from you is to deliver the best during these 4 busy months. The other 8 months are mostly fun. Every organisation expects the person to deliver during the few busy days and when few do not deliver for whatever reason, the burden passes on to the other colleagues which is unfair. Some rules are made not with an intention to penalise people but with an intention that facilities are not exploited by some and others suffer because of that. We are a very employee-friendly company and we have always heard the voice of our people and have evolved with the suggestions from our team only. Please don't let this one instance overshadow the other good policies and practices that we follow. And whenever there is such an instance or any other problem, please feel free and discuss the same at the office. We are always open for discussions and suggestions. Both the managers are the worst people. They are so unprofessional that you will feel like you are working as a slave. No employee-centric policies, absolutely nothing is right.

People are conservative- they will judge you, talk about you at your back Managers are dumb A hell lot of work which can take a toll on your health - 3000 words everyday No appraisal CEO doesn't care about your problems, he hardly talk to employees Pathetic rules and policies Unfair policies
