- cool games - decent pay - nice people for the most part - decent support from team - lots of learning opportunities

Cons

- late night shifts - unorganized company structure - CEO is crazy - high stress - management clearly has favourites - lots of gossip - policies and procedures in place dont really do anything - HR team is a JOKE

Pros

You'll get very close with your coworkers and become a family. You can have fun playing the games in your free time. It's easy to clean when done frequently. Seeing the smiles on guests faces is fantastic. The Canadian side of corporate gives you guidance but is also willing to listen to feedback; they are the strict but kind grandparents.

Cons

The American side of corporate is like the aunt that makes all of the snide comments during the holidays; rude, dismisses your thoughts, and always finding a way to make things more difficult. "Raises" are a joke. There is no growth no matter what they tell you. You'll feel very dehumanized.. You're at risk of being fired even when you follow the rules; we were told not to accept walk ins initially, but then almost got fired when we didn't. You aren't allowed to turn anyone away, no matter how drunk, high, or at risk they are.
