Great people to work with (except for the management team) Interesting projects.

Cons

Poor management starts at the top. Work expectations are outrageous: expect to work many weekends This is not a place to build a career Employee turnover is extremely high (40%+).

Enjoyable group of smart people to work with— however, inauthentic and over-reaching management means people don’t stay

Cons

Most uncomfortable with over-selling and untruthful communication Very poor employee value proposition: selflessly commit to working long, intense hours -- including many required in the office weekends -- to build the CEOs brand and revenue and for no credit in return for modest comp and project experience Difficult to build client relationships as CEO wants to control all client relationships -- employees aren’t even invited to the client holiday party! Staff keeps shrinking (25 when I started, 9 when I left), work burden keeps growing Employees aren't empowered
