Pros

Hours can be tailored to your needs and on the right packages the clients and colleagues are great.

Cons

Head office are a disgrace. Wages are wrong almost every month and communication is shocking. You will go through a huge amount of unnecessary stress working here.

Pros

Something of an attempt to support overworked, underappreciated employees; free fruit; out-in-the-field managers and officers who genuinely care about the clients they're looking out for

Cons

Underpaid, underappreciated and overworked Personal Assistants and office staff; insist on taking on new clients despite not having enough well-trained Personal Assistants for the clients they already have; care too much about how much things cost/how much money they're making, rather than the actual clients; no benefits to working at the company, despite how much money they make and how much work they expect their understaffed employees to take on; consistent unpaid overtime for the Care Coordination team; an 'out-of-hours' system where you would be on-call 24hrs a day and still be expected to function perfectly the next day at the office; dreadful attitude from higher-up management

Pros

You can choose how long and when you work. Opportunities for advancement within the company.

Cons

Often you will work many more hours than contracted and you will not be paid for them. The company will make it almost impossible for you to get any overtime payment and will try to discourage you from asking. Also, for the first 100 days you will be charged for acommodation for a live in job that requires you to be at the client's house at all times. Induction training of 4 days is not paid. I got paid after almost a year of working with the company for just one hour of those 4 days.
