Great people to work with. The consulting team is what makes it worth it. Good pay too.

Cons

Upper leadership is out of touch with employee needs. Too many accounts a single employee needs to manager. Very stressful environment. Escalations often handled poorly. Contracts can be awkwardly or vaguely worded leading to scope creep

New clients and projects in the pipeline with varied industries. From experience stand point that is good.

Cons

No new employee onboarding and still you are expected to perform at high level. No resource resource management leading to too many projects per resource.
