Amazing experience if you are just entering retail , you get the ins and out on how shoe companies function and the company is very transparent and family like when it comes to its employees. Very motivational to keep working especially when given the chance to. Good for podiatrist and physios alike to learn about footwear or anyone in general who has a large interest in shoes.
Cons
Very strict, since it is a small business they won't tolerate incompetence and 3 strikes you are out, they are very blunt and not as forgiving especially if the mistakes aren't taken responsibility for.
