      Pros

      - Work from home is cool - Easy work for most - If they like you they like you. - Great people , but they will probably leave soon - Great company to work for if you're an older person / mother. 9-5 get in get out

      Cons

      - No interesting clients - people are in leadership position that shouldn't be - Unstructured training. - The sales team is pretty mediocre - Business model does not give the media team much options or opinions on buys - At the grips of the partner agency when on buys - Clients are low tier and pretty boring, hard to get excited about and motivated

      Caveat: If u want to wear jeans everday & go to cool happy hours its for u, but u get little else

      Pros

      Easy commute, u dont have commute to the city. Nice business complex & office. Nice perks, e.g...parties, free lunches,etc. Staff members (worker Bees are great). Great business model for Barter.

      Cons

      Basically read every review, it's a theme here, not just one disgruntled employee. Duplicitous management & HR Dept. Management does not care about their employees, they mcromanage. Constant finger pointing & EXTREME favoritism. No raises for years & years. Late nights & hard work garner no recognition. They may have taken a lease till 2029 but they wont be around, their business & the company are going downhill fast due to it's horrific managers. A bunch of "yes men" & women.
