It's a small size organization, and it was easy to know all my colleagues well. Most of them were hard work, nice folks. Also, the project's approval process was moving quickly with the small company.
Cons
The top leadership team became 2 person show and lost its balance and check on making decisions for a couple of years before I left the company, and employees started to leave the company one after the other. It was sad to witness the changes.
