      lower level employee are more experienced then higher level

      1. Worst Co-founder 2. Co-founder is Technical Lead buthe don't know about software development lifecycle he knows only one day work without planning. 3. Software developer they're experience in their work but they never respect their deadline. 4. Management already decided deadline without even asking developer.
