      Pros

      Very nice office setting, employee camaraderie, opportunities for growth and new projects. Flexibility in hours.

      Cons

      Communication and expectations aren't always clear. Existing systems are a little shaky and often times things are constantly changing making it difficult to ever fully grasp and learn systems, policies and software.

      Pros

      Met some amazing people. Acton University, every June, is a fabulous experience. Had incredible opportunities.

      Cons

      The leadership has no idea how to lead. There is NO plan for succession. HR is nearly non-existent and has no power, since the two founders insist on making decision on EVERYthing. It is a micro-managed hell.

      Pros

      The mission statement great. Promoting moral free markets with a Judeo-Christian perspective is important work. The benefits are competitive, and the people are friendly.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work isn't exciting. You will wear many hats, and the company culture doesn't focus greatly on its employees.
