      Pros

      Biggest advantage of company is believe in “pyramid system”, maintain hierarchy of yours with your experience not with education. No Office politics is there, everyone here are ready to help each other in their task. Supportive environment I have ever found. I have been working since 7 months here and I have had tremendous boost to my knowledge and skills.

      Cons

      Being service based company till now software development process is still evolving.
