Yes its true if you go in and are getting life leads, health leads, IP leads, investment leads, pension leads and have a very big base yourself that you can sell to of family in friends. If you have none of the above you are at nothing! Just over all not a good place to work. Only reason I gave it two stars is because of the working colleagues. The floor management are great however have the same targets as normal staff so you don't want to take to much of their time up.
