      Will make your next employer seem amazing.

      Cons

      Too many to count. Delusional management. Constantly moving goal posts. Tons of turn over. Many employees that have come in and were either fired or left inside of a few months. Promised a 401k match and never got it. Unless you are desperate avoid at all costs. Questionable business practices and integrity.

      Beware! Transparency is non-existent, communication is poor, and promises are constantly broken. Expect long hours, unrealistic deadlines, and a toxic work culture. They prioritize profit over employee well-being and integrity. Avoid at all costs for your sanity and dignity. PS: I heard Gabe (owner) paid a company to raise his Glassdoor rating. what a joke!

      Not a good fit for most

      Pros

      Depending on interests, the type of work offered can be very rewarding once it's fully understood. Somewhat decent compensation.

      Cons

      Does not expense for gas unless far away. Management is all over the board, and go back on their word. Very abrasive co workers. A lot of it is learn on the fly, even with prior experience as nothing is documented.
