Cons

Everything is WORST. Starting with management,Admin,HR,Team leaders. One family is working and making things worst in Mumbai location. Team leaders force their employees to stay late without any work. Internal politics. Team leaders are behaving like they are the boss of company. Seniors are not supportive. AND GOOD REVIEWS ON COMPANY ARE WRITTEN BY COMPANY MANAGEMENT and TEAM LEADERS ONLY.

1. If want to upgrade skills Or you are fresher then you must join Acty.you can able to learn multiple things. 2. But you must have a capacity for working late night. 3. Basically it’s a Japanese company , so u can able to learn Japanese language 4. Good Attitude and behavior of person they always appericiate 5. You will get chance to go Japan and Japan have good climate so u will love to work

Cons

As per above good points have some negativity also 1. Late night work with no overtime allowance. 2. You can not leave office easily because seniors always watching your activity. 3. If u will leave office early then it’s affect on appraisal. 4. You must have to fight for good appraisals 5. If u will go and work in japan then also need to work late mid night without OT. 6. They are not following Japan Government rule 7. You cannot move easily to another company before going to japan they have thousands of rule and u must have to sign it. 8. Japan Administration department are helping in nature. 9. You will not get enough amount in Japan so u will enjoy japan but can’t save money

Not a good place to begin career

It is a very small company with approx 40 emoloyees. For freshers, they take a bond of 60k and they make you sign an agreement which says that the company MAY repay you back the money, once u complete 2 years. Incase of poor performance, you are removed, then the company can keep the full money or give you back some of it. The company can remove you anytime in first six months probation period and keep the entire 60 k with themselves, and they have done it with many employees. I have worked here and my team leader was very rude with me. As a fresher you will get no help here, your team mates will be told not to help you.
